4.2. Order Fulfillment: Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders. Vendors are responsible for packaging and shipping products in a timely manner, ensuring that items are delivered in good condition.
4.3. Returns & Refunds: Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policies in their store. Vendors are required to honor these policies and process returns and refunds in accordance with the terms provided.
4.4. Fees: Squall may charge vendors fees for using our platform. These fees will be clearly communicated and are subject to change. Vendors are responsible for paying all applicable fees on time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Purchases: Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions, checking the accuracy of their orders, and providing accurate shipping information. By placing an order, customers agree to pay the total amount specified, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5.2. Returns & Refunds: Customers should review the return and refund policies of the vendor before making a purchase. If a product is eligible for return, customers must follow the vendor’s instructions for processing returns.
5.3. Prohibited Activities: Customers are prohibited from using Squall to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, intellectual property infringement, or any other activity that violates Kenyan law.
6. Payments
Payments on Squall are processed through secure payment gateways. Customers can choose from various payment methods, including mobile money, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Vendors will receive payments after the successful delivery of products, subject to any applicable fees.
